RTW Investments Achieves Fundraising Target on Most Recent Fund

We are excited to announce the successful closing at the $250m target of the 4010 Royalty Fund sponsored by RTW Investments. Brighton House was the sole advisor to RTW Investments on the fundraise and new limited partners include international and domestic institutional and family office investors.

The Fund will build upon RTW’s $7bn investment platform by focusing on royalty-based financing solutions for life sciences companies.

The 4010 Fund follows recent direct and primary fund capital raises by Brighton House advised clients including:

• $75m Databricks Series J co-investment raise alongside Alta Park Capital

• Tail End Capital Partners Fund II first close ($250m target)

• Conservation Resources Fund VIII first close ($500m target)

• Mission BioCapital Fund VI first close ($350m target)

• Walker & Dunlop Debt Fund first close ($1bn target)
