Brighton House Advises Conservation Resources On The Raise of Fund VI

We are excited to announce the successful closing of Conservation Resources Fund VI. Building upon Conservation Resources’ extensive real asset track record, the fund will focus on regenerative agriculture investments in the United States. CRC VI leads the agricultural investment sector by employing an innovative, impact-focused strategy that seeks to develop and monetize the agricultural and environmental values of the properties in which it invests.

Brighton House was the lead advisor to Conservation Resources and new limited partners include institutional and family office investors in the US and internationally. We would like to congratulate the entire team at Conservation Resources and are excited for the continued partnership on Fund VII.

“We are thrilled to announce the final closing for our inaugural farmland fund,” said Stavros Koutsantonis, CR chief operating officer and portfolio manager for the Firm’s agricultural investment strategies. “We see a sizeable opportunity to combine what Conservation Resources believes to be favorable supply-demand fundamentals for U.S. farmland with the growing pool of ‘impact capital’ that is seeking to reverse the unintended environmental consequences of industrial agriculture in the U.S., and to do so in a way that benefits American farmers.”

Conservation Resources Fund VI is the third successful capital raise Brighton House has advised during the first half of 2024. The fund joins other successful closings of:

  • HealthpointCapital MSK Fund II – lower middle-market buyouts of high-growth medical device companies

  • RevolverCap Fund II – Private credit investments in senior-secured revolving credit facilities
