Peachtree Distressed Opportunities Fund Reaches $500m Hard Cap

We are excited to announce the closing on May 15th, 2021, of the Peachtree Distressed Opportunity Fund at its $500m hard cap. The fund is sponsored by Atlanta-based Peachtree Investors and focuses on debt and equity investments in distressed US hotel properties.

Peachtree is Real Estate Private Equity Firm focused on the US hospitality sector. Their track record spans more than 400 real estate transactions and $5.0+ billion in total capitalization of real estate assets.

Peachtree Hospitality Management operates 73 owned and third-party managed hotels across 23 brands with 9,013 rooms located in 17 states. To date, they have developed over $500 million in new construction and refurbishment projects and have an ongoing $250-$500 million development pipeline.
